Who we are

Information we collect

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you signed up, so we can send the newsletter.
• Messages: if you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Your email address is used only to send the newsletter you asked for and to answer your messages. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.

Service providers

We use a hosting provider to serve the site and an email service provider to send the newsletter. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@nontoxic-chefs.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How long we keep data

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the host.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
